Stitch and Stitchability may use the personal information collected through our site specifically for the purposes detailed in this policy. Personal information that we process for any reasons won’t be kept longer than is necessary for those purposes. We will take reasonable measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information (e.g. encryption).

Shop policies

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Fabric will be dispatched within 2 working days, bespoke clothing depends on our current order list, please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on bespoke orders

If your bespoke order has not yet been started and we have not purchased items to make it then we will accept a cancellation and a full refund will be given. Once we have started your bespoke item or ordered items we cannot accept a cancellation. We make items to the measurements provided by the customer, please check measurements as once an item has been made the measurements cannot be changed without an extra charge. We do not accept returns/exchanges on bespoke items.

We accept returns/exchanges and cancellations on fabric orders

As long as the fabric has not been cut or altered we will accept a return of fabric, but postage costs will be payable by the customer. Cancellations can be processed up until the point a fabric order is dispatched at which point it becomes a return and postage charges will apply.
